Good Morning, For breakfast

PLUM PORRIDGE



Plum Porridge w/ Maple Syrup
Preparation Time: 3mins
Serves 1

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1 fresh juicy plum
  • 1-2 tbs  maple syrup( honey)
  • extra rice milk to serve
Add the oats and rice milk to a small saucepan. Slowly bring to the boil. Simmer, stirring frequently for 2 minutes, remove from heat.
Add the maple syrup and mix through.
Serve in a warm bowl topped with sliced plum( or fruit of your desire ), extra rice milk and a little drizzle of extra maple syrup. Perfect!!
