BEST HEALTHY SNACKS
Air-Popped Popcorn

Light Yogurt (fruit flavors)

8 Shrimp and 4 Tbsp Cocktail Sauce

2 Light String Cheese Snacks

Granola Bar

1 c Baby Carrots with 2 Tbsp Hummus

1/2 Cantaloupe

1 Tbsp Peanuts and 2 Tbsp Dried Cranberries

1 c Raspberries with 2 Tbsp Plain Yogurt and 1 tsp Honey

2 Egg Whites with 1 Slice Whole Wheat Toast

About 1/2 c Frozen Yogurt 

Sliced Tomato with a sprinkle of Feta and Olive Oil

Banana

1/2 c edamame (measured shelled)
