EGG WHITE OMELETTE ;
INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup of red onion
- 3 small mushroom
- 1 slice of soy cheese (or normal cheese)
- quarter of an avocado
- quarter of a red capcican
- 100 grams of Protein if you desire ; firm tofu, turkey sausage or chicken.
DIRECTIONS
- 1-seperate the egg whites from the yolks
- 2-cut up the red onion, capsican, mushrooms and (optional protein) start frying it up in the fry pan, once golden remove from the pan and spray some olive oil
- 3-pour the egg whites onto the pan and wait untill the egg looks almost cooked all the way through before you put on the fried vegtables ( & optional protein)
- 4-once the ingredients are placed onto the egg whites add the cheese and avocado and fold the egg white over so you can no longer see the filling
- 5- wait probably another 30 seconds for the cheese to melt then remove and enjoy :)
