Start the week of right;


EGG WHITE OMELETTE ;



INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup of red onion
  • 3 small mushroom
  • 1 slice of soy cheese (or normal cheese)
  • quarter of an avocado
  • quarter of a red capcican
  • 100 grams of Protein if you desire ; firm tofu, turkey sausage or chicken.

DIRECTIONS

  • 1
    -seperate the egg whites from the yolks
  • 2
    -cut up the red onion, capsican, mushrooms and (optional protein) start frying it up in the fry pan, once golden remove from the pan and spray some olive oil
  • 3
    -pour the egg whites onto the pan and wait untill the egg looks almost cooked all the way through before you put on the fried vegtables ( & optional protein)
  • 4
    -once the ingredients are placed onto the egg whites add the cheese and avocado and fold the egg white over so you can no longer see the filling
  • 5
    - wait probably another 30 seconds for the cheese to melt then remove and enjoy :)
