Today's Apocalyptic dish of the last day!
Homemade Guacamole! (Inspired by our Mayan friends of course)
In a large bowl smash 3 avocados (halved, seeded and peeled), then add 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1/2 diced medium purple onion, 2 diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro, 1 clove of garlic minced and salt and pepper to taste!
