The Apocalypse is upon us! Survive the day by fitting this workout routine into your day: warm up with a 1/4 mile run or 0.5 mile bike. Follow with 3 rounds of 10 push ups, 10 jumping pull ups, 10 sit ups and 10 air squats then finish up with 75 burpees! You'll be kicking zombie butt all day!
