Feeling guilty about last night’s cheat? Try one of these workouts that will burn 500 calories in an hour!




1.      1. One hundred at a time: break up your work out throughout the day and do 10 minutes of jump rope or hoping on the elliptical during lunch.
2.      2. Yoga flow: Pop into our gym for a yoga class! Monday, Wednesday, Fridays at 11am-12pm or Sundays at 9:30am. Yoga can burn up to 594 calories!
3.      3. On the treadmill: Try an interval treadmill work out. This work out will burn 511 calories in less than an hour!
4.      4. Cardio workout: Come in and try Amber’s CC10 class! A cardio circuit training class that will burn those 500 calories before the workday!
