Happy Saturday Everyone!! Are you trying to
figure out your inspiration to get up in the morning to get your work out in? Try
these great tips!!!
1. Go to bed at a normal time.
2. Sleep in your workout clothes! This will
eliminate one extra step in the morning.
3. Have a plan. Know exactly what you’re going
to do for your workout. Lay out your gear or gym bad so you can grab and go.
4. Don't hit snooze! Period.
5. Play your get up and go music. Music can
influence your entire attitude! Play something that will get you going in the
morning.
6. Don't
make it a choice. Just do it. Don't let it be optional. That's the difference
between those who get up and get it done and those who keep sleeping and feel
guilty later.
